International Credit Union Day

Each year, MCCCU celebrates on the third Thursday in October in honor of International Credit Union Day. All of the branches cook lunch and serve breakfast for their members. Thank you for supporting the credit union movement!

4H Club:
|
| |

Every year, the Monroe County Community Credit Union shows their support for the Monroe County Fair and the 4H with purchases of several animals that are auctioned off to support the young members of those organizations. Many of the exhibitors use the money they get from the auction to attend college, support their family or buy new livestock. |
Membership Value Program (MVP)
|
Partner with MCCCU to enhance your school system as well as any non-profit organization within Monroe County. Each time you close on a participating loan at the credit union, a contribution will be made in your name to the school or charity of your choice*.
The Membership Value Program emphasizes community involvement and offers an effortless alternative to raising funds.
The process is simple:
- Complete the form in the brochure distributed by the participating school and/or nonprofit
- Present the completed form to the MCCCU loan officer at your next loan closing
This is your chance to make a difference in your community, your school, and your favorite non-profit organization. Apply for a loan at the financial institution that makes a difference!
*Brochures must be distributed by the school/nonprofit. To request brochures for distribution, contact our call center at 242-3222.

Relay for Life
|
| Every year, MCCCU has a team in the Bedford and Monroe area Relay For Life Events. To raise money, the staff holds special events, bake sales, and sell items in the credit union lobbies. Thousands of dollars are raised by our members purchasing bracelets, car magnets, and cancer bears. |
